A Mentor Program
POD recognizes the positive foundation that comes
through a professional relationship between a new employee (faculty
and staff) and a seasoned colleague.
Introducing: Excellence - A Mentor
Program for New Employees is part of the First Year Experience,
is designed to lay this foundation during the early months of
employment, and is outlined in the materials that follow.
